Add an MCP connector to your AI in five steps

To add an MCP connector, open your AI's connector settings, add a custom connector, paste the server's address, sign in on the page it opens and press Allow, then switch the connector on in a chat. The Vibedna connector address is https://vibedna.ai/api/mcp, and it works with any AI app that accepts MCP connectors with sign-in.

What a connector is

A connector is an address your AI can call to use someone else's tools or data. You add it once, sign in, and from then on your AI can reach what that address offers, inside the chat you are already in. Nothing is installed on your computer.

The five steps

Open your AI's connector settings

In most apps it sits under settings or customize, in a section called connectors, for example Customize > Connectors.

Add a custom connector

Give it a name, for example Vibedna.

Paste the address:

Your browser opens our page. You sign in with your Vibedna account and approve it, so your AI never sees your password.

Switch it on in a chat

Use the plus button, under connectors, and ask: "What do I have on Vibedna?"

If your AI asks how it should identify itself, choose the option that registers it automatically.

On a team plan

An owner or admin adds the connector once in the organization's connector settings, as a custom web connector with the same address. Each member then connects it and signs in with their own Vibedna account.

From a terminal

AIs that run in a terminal add a connector with one command and sign in through the browser. The exact command for each app is on the connect page, or you can give your AI the install guide there and let it walk you through, asking before it changes anything.

What you can ask it

"What do I have?"

Your AI lists your library.

"Apply the journal I bought."

It reads the journal and applies it to the project in front of it, one step at a time.

"Get my System."

It fetches the download for your System, valid for five minutes, and walks you through the install.

What it cannot do

It works only on the account that signed in. It cannot buy anything or change your plan, and you can disconnect it from your AI whenever you want. Some free AI plans allow only one custom connector, so check yours before you add a second.

Is it free to add the Vibedna connector?

Adding it is free and takes a Vibedna account, which takes an email. What your AI can open through it depends on your plan: Ultra opens everything.

Does my AI see my password?

No. You sign in with your Vibedna account on our page and press Allow, so your AI never sees your password.

Can the connector buy something or change my plan?

No. It works only on the account that signed in, and it cannot buy anything or change your plan.

How do I remove it?

Disconnect it from your AI's connector settings whenever you want.
