AI images: the rules
AI images are there to make posts for your business. These rules apply to every image you make in the Content Studio, and you accept them once, before your first one.
Who can use them
You must be 18 or older. AI images come with the monthly plans that include them, up to the number of images your plan shows for the month.
They are not offered in countries under a United States embargo.
What they do not make
Sexual or intimate content of any kind, and anything that involves minors in a harmful way.
Images of a real, identifiable person, including public figures, and anything meant to pass as a real photo of a real person or event (deepfakes).
Characters, logos or other material that belongs to someone else, or anything else that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights.
Content that harasses, defrauds or misleads, disinformation, and content that encourages self-harm or shows graphic violence.
Prompts that contain someone else's personal data.
Safety filters
Every prompt is checked by us and by our image provider before an image is made. A prompt that is blocked is not retried. Do not try to get around a filter by rewording a blocked prompt.
Who processes your prompt
Your prompt is sent to a third-party AI image provider, which makes the image. We keep the prompt and the image in your account so you can use them, and we copy the image to our own storage as soon as it is ready.
What you own
The images you make are yours to use, including commercially, within these rules and the rights of others. AI images are not guaranteed to be unique, and nobody can promise that one does not resemble existing work: check before you rely on one.
Do not remove any watermark, content credential or other provenance information an image carries, and do not use the images to train another AI model.
Where a law or a platform asks you to label AI-generated content, label it. Never present an AI image as made by a person or as a photo of something that happened.
No guarantees
AI images are provided as they are. Results vary, the service can be unavailable, and to the extent the law allows, neither VibeDNA nor its image provider is liable for what an image shows or for how it is used.
If the rules are broken
We can switch AI images off for an account at once, without notice, when these rules are broken or when our provider asks us to. Questions: admin@vibedna.ai.
