Who you are dealing with

vibedna.ai is run by VibeDNA, based in Uruguay. Questions: admin@vibedna.ai. By using the site or buying from it you accept these terms.

Buying

Payments are taken by Polar, which acts as merchant of record: the checkout, the receipt and the sales tax are theirs, under their terms.

Refunds follow the refund policy.

Plans

Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; you can do it from your Polar receipt or by writing to us. What a plan opens is listed on the pricing page, and it stops opening when the plan is no longer paid.

What a purchase lets you do

Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product in your own projects and business. You may not resell, share or publish the files themselves, or the journals' text.

Free tools may carry their own open-source licence, which then applies to them.

Your account

Your account is yours alone. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens through it is your responsibility. We can close an account that abuses the site, the products or other users.

What you make

What you make with our tools is yours. AI images follow their own rules, which you accept before your first one.

Journals and guides

The journals and guides record what worked for us in real projects. They are not a promise of results, and they are not legal, financial or tax advice. Results depend on your work, your market and your choices.

No guarantees

The site and the products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, VibeDNA is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the current version; changes apply from then on, not to purchases already made.
